shell: Rework the bliss-shell bootstrap

This PR rework the bliss-shell bootstrap in order to be a bit more clear.

• Now the whole bootstrap of the application is located inside bliss.shell.main
  • This package contains everything needed including utility scripts
• More explicit on the steps of the bootstrap
  • step1: bliss command line and tmux
  • step2: create and run BlissRepl
