umv: Propagate exception occurred during the motion

Umv was not propagating exception from the motion nor displaying anything to the shell.

This PR propagate the exception from the motion.

This is a change of the behavior of umv. But now it makes it consistent with mv, which is very important IMO.

So i would be in favor of backporting that to 1.11 and 2.0.x
