Mocco and emotion: remove bare except

Relates to #4071

I'm trying again to remove some bare excepts from Bliss. It is equivalent to capturing BaseException, which includes CTRL-C. If you want to capture any exception but not the special ones (CTRL-C, GreenletExit, SystemExit, ...) you can use Exception.
