Draft: blissdata: Added read_last_image

Valentin Valls requested to merge lima-read-last-image into master

readLastImage allow to read the last image from a reference index.

This allow to fetch an image twice.

But it is not available in lima-tango-server 1.9.19 (the last one avbailable).
