Exclude files dealing with hardware from coverage

This will give us a much better estimation of the coverage of our test suite ; we cannot have automatic tests for parts of BLISS in need of real hardware.

Warning: this doesn't mean we should not have tests with hardware!!! But we cannot run those automatically...

I also excluded Tango servers, web and shell code at least for the moment.
