Draft: Id22 1.11.x+user calib

PR for 1.11 to create a user calibration for the MCAs.

This was part of local patches at ID22 for BLISS 1.10.

But i have forget to backport it to BLISS 1.11.

This still have to be tested.

This can stay as local patch to ID22, cause this code is already part of the next BLISS version.
