Flint: Robustness on readRoisFromHdf5
This PR make sure the available well formatted ROIs with be anyway returned.
Related to #3482 (closed)
Previously, in case of unexpected content, the function was just failing.
It would be good to backport it to BLISS 1.10.
Was tested and hotfixed at ID31.
