Lima: Start live have to be setup with INTERNAL_TRIGGER

The mode have to be set, else it will used the previous one.

If it was previously setup with EXTERNAL_TRIGGER_MULTI the camera will wait for an external trigger. Which is not what we want.

This have to be backported.
