Resolve "Store Redis scan+scan_info longer than data"

Closes #3083 (closed)

Expiration of 1 day on scan nodes and parents (dataset, sample, proposal, ...) and 5 minutes on scan data.

The expiration time is set on the end of the scan (for data nodes) and on the end of a dataset or proposal (parent nodes).
