CT2 reading loop:

Matias Guijarro requested to merge 3074-ct2-sometimes-does-not-record-all-points-in-external-gate-19x into 1.9.x

do not call _master_controller which imply an RPC comm and then a gevent switch clear buffer as soon as it is used to avoid it been filled by another data event in the meantime (was the case when calling attributes on _master_controller)
