Resolve "Demo: The demo session tries to access to icatplus.esrf.fr"

  1. This MR allows a session with ESRF data policy to continue when no communication with ICAT can be established (WARNING message is printed upon the first attempt to communicate with ICAT).

  2. The metadata tango servers are removed from the demo configuration to ensure we have NO icat communication at all. It is easy to configure the session on-the-fly for direct ICAT communication if needed.
