Fix flint with default BLISS session

This MR:

  • Provides a module for constants (to avoid hardcoded stuffs)
  • Provides a constant for the DEFAULT_SESSION_NAME
  • Uses it in BLISS
  • Uses it in Flint to fix the related issue
