Draft: Update EBV gui with Flint live plot

This MR update the EBV dedicated code displaying the beamviewer to use the default Flint live plot API.

Things which would be good to improve

  • start_plot looks to not start the device (or the GUI), it stays in pause
  • The BPM is setup with the tango URL instead of using the BLISS object. It sounds weird.
  • Finally why this API is part of the BPM, why isn't it part of the BLISS lima object?
  • The BPM location could be displayed in Flint
