Use jedi 0.17.0

Jedi 0.17.1 looks to have a weird behaviour with the cache management. Our tests fail.

This MR force using another version in order to fix our tests.

Another solution could be to call 2 time this tests. Or to fix Jedi if this behaviour is not expected.
