Export Flint plot to logbook

Valentin Valls requested to merge valentin.valls/bliss:export-image-to-logbook into master

This MR implement a logbook export for plots.

  • Provides a BLISS API to allow to specify the Tango metadata address (set_tango_metadata_name)
  • Replaces logbook icon place holder on the plot widgets by a working action (in case the device is usable)
