tango_motor_controller or bliss axis should accept not implemented acceleration controls for somr motors (piezo)
tango_motor_controller piezo axis raises NotImplementedError at initialization when setting acceleration.
piezo doesnt have an acceleration so related commands are not implemented in the controller (pi_e753.py) and despite self.axis_settings.config_setting['acceleration'] set to False, acceleration property is required in axis configuration by common/axis.py initialisation methods.
so bliss axis, or the tango_motor_controller and associated server must handle the case of those controllers without acceleration.
