User is not notified when an Icepap axis move is stopped due to closed-loop errors
It seems that the problem reported in #1794 (closed) & #1957 (closed) (fixed in !2857 (merged)) is back. A motor that stops its movement due to a closed-loop error does not generate an exception that arrives to the shell (user) level.
