h5 writer: write acces blocked percistently through external process
In case one opens the data.h5 (bliss writer) externally (e.g. silx view) and tries to run a scan one gets:
!!! === ValueError: Unable to create group (no write intent on file) === !!! ( for more details type cmd 'last_error' ) ] 0 eta [None]
Warning some application left running
so far so good. However, closing the external process (here silx view
) is not good enough for bliss to recover writing rights on the file again. One really has to restart bliss to be able to write to the h5 file again. I don't think this is a good behaviour.
Furthermore, why is there Warning some application left running
coming from bliss/shell/cli/repl.py
in this case?
