h5 writer: write acces blocked percistently through external process
In case one opens the data.h5 (bliss writer) externally (e.g. silx view) and tries to run a scan one gets:
!!! === ValueError: Unable to create group (no write intent on file) === !!! ( for more details type cmd 'last_error' ) ] 0 eta [None] Warning some application left running
so far so good. However, closing the external process (here
silx view) is not good enough for bliss to recover writing rights on the file again. One really has to restart bliss to be able to write to the h5 file again. I don't think this is a good behaviour.
Furthermore, why is there
Warning some application left running coming from
bliss/shell/cli/repl.py in this case?
