Small refactoring of beamline action-reducer (beamline setup)

Hello all,

Took some time to clean up the beamline action and reducers used by the beamline setup component. Renamed the actions, as me and Fredrik ( @bolmsten ) discussed in a previous PR, so that they are less ambiguous. Also did some smaller changes to make the code base slightly more homogeneous.
