New layout tasks modal + Some more colors for centring

This PR contains the new design for the task modals that was discussed during the workshop. It hide as many fields as possible, please take a look and give feedback.

I have also added more colors for the sample centring, now when doing a three click centring one gets a yellow cross after each click.

Small other fix is zoom control that is now being updated by the socketio, this is important when two users are using mxcube at the same time.
