Resolve "Manage multiple session from same proposal"

Closes #688 Needed for mxcubeweb!816

This is the first attempt to use abstract methods from AbstractLIMS so ICATClient has been changed and it inherits now from AbstractLIMS

A model representing the lims_session has been added and used on mxcubeweb
