Some improvement

• Add two dock widgets in indexingWidget: a widget on top of the scebe with the parameters used with the sceneWidget, a widget below the scene with the plot for the histogram of ubi matrices and a button to save them to a file.
• Add a gvectors dictionary in Dataset so created gvectors in calibration can be automatically linked with the indexing via the thresholds.
• Some small improvements
