Fix discrepency between Ewoks and GUI for 2D datasets in GrainPlot task/widget

Some bugs slipped by because the integration tests was using a dataset with only 1 positionner (which prevents the computation of mosaicity and orientation distribution).

This MR fixes the said bugs and changes the integration test to use a dataset with 2 positionners.
