Create ewoks task to read metadata from data collection id

I would like to use such task to get ride of the intermediate worker i have to launch on beamline to execute my ewoks task.

This way the ispyb access could be part of the json graph i have to design.

BTW this also could be part of my python module task. Like other ispyb helpers i have to use to publish some results.
