[ci][TestPythonActor] increase timeout because actor contains a time.sleep of 5 seconds so timeout should be higher.

Add also some documentation

representation should be the common representation of an esrf workflow.

add also some unit test for checking compatible and correct execution of the workflow.

Had to remove the dson and MongoDB as it fails on my computer.
