Background and linfit diagnostics: full and/or sum

When saving the results of background subtraction or linear fitting, the background and fit is also saved for each spectrum. Add more options:

1. do not save the background/fit
2. save the background/fit per pixel
3. save the average background/fit
4. save the background/fit per pixel AND the average background/fit
