Error when parsing scan parameters

Scan parameters are parsed from the title dataset in get_scan_size.

juno expects the value to have the following format:

akmap_lut( yMotor, yStart, yEnd, yPixels, xMotor, xStart, xEnd, xPixels, dt )

Errors are encountered when some scans have title with different formats. Ex: dscan usapy -0.05 0.05 50 0.1
