xraylarch - mback_norm

It looks like on recent version (at least 0.9.48) we cannot call directly mback_norm but we should provide a valid value to pre2. This looks like an issue at xraylarch side but I am not sure.

Anyway for now we enforce the calculation of 'pre_edge_details' each time.
