subgraph wont open as graph when already open

In a graph when get into a subgraph by double-clicking then the subgraph won't open if selected in the dropdown because it is already on canvas. Any selection on the dropdown has to fire an open graph and warn about unsaved changes.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
