`monitor` test is brittle

Ex: Passed in !457 (merged) but broke in merge commit (https://gitlab.esrf.fr/workflow/ewoks/ewoksweb/-/jobs/941086)

The test relies on the fact that the Ewoks events DB is empty (i.e. no workflow was run before) so perhaps there is some improvement to make here (enforce an empty DB via a before ? #216)
