App bar redesign

It shows a local, untitled workflow with unsaved changes.

Once the workflow is named and saved to the server, "(unsaved)" disappears. Then, when there are no unsaved changes, the little dot on the save icon disappears.

Quick open never shows the name of the workflow as discussed, and the three dots open a menu with the remaining items as discussed.
