Stream collected images

Whenever a new image appears in the current folder, select it. This should be an opt-in feature (i.e. activated with a button somewhere). I could see this being implemented as a new panel on the left-hand side, with a specific UI that shows the latest image, with relevant information (e.g. how long ago images were collected).
