Lack of feedback in MCA ROI modal when not in control

As a user that does not have control, it is possible to navigate to this modal with the instruction Click to add an ROI to the list. But as the user is not in control, the rows are not interactive and there is no visual feedback to tell the user that they are not authorized to do this operation.

An easy fix could be to remove the Click to ... instruction if the user does not have control.
