Qualified name for actors in samplescan provider

To be able to share a dedicated actor to many beamline one idea is to store this actor into ebs-tomo or daiquiri, instead of using the module of the beamline.

This could be registred in the beamline the following way:

component: samplescan
scans:
  - actor: daiquiri.bliss_specific.implementors.tomofullfieldscan

Sounds like an easy change.
