Expose layout in the side bar

Here is a proposal to expose the layouts in the side bar.

Layout yml files can be describes the following way:

name: Scan Viewer
description: View running and past scans
icon: fam-bliss
insidebar: true  # if true layout is displayed

The idea is to have a fast access together with a state of the actual view.

I think about a more complex mechanism

• with group of selection (to only display layout from the same group, in order to filter other different techniques tomo/fluo/...)
• with badges to expose actual processing state

But if yet you don't need it i am fine with my actual implementation.
