Sample dialog: Put the focus on the sample name by default

When you create a new sample name, you have to manually select the sample name field

This should be done by default.

Also it would be better to reorder the dialog for readability.

• The sample name should be the first entry
• Then you can show the component

For tomo, the component can be omitted, so the form does not match the user workflow.

But i think this change will not make trouble for other techniques.
