Tomoscan actor: find a way to reuse that stuff

For now the tomo scans contrian hardcoded stuffs.

It would be good to find a way to reuse that stuff for many beamlines

• fasttomo/fulltomo have to be defined
• tomoconfig have to be defined

maybe this parameters could be injected from the samplescans and behave like an actor parameters
