TIling: Histogram not properly displayed

The tiling histogram looks to be not normalized vertically. You can see there is something, but very very small things.

See in comments, the problem is most probably because the histogram data is not normalized. And as result only half of the data is displayed.

Or that's needed to merge the 2 histograms?
