Handle ACTIVE_TOMOCONFIG in Daiquiri

Now by definition a tomo beamline is launched with an ACTIVE_TOMOCONFIG, which is connected to a specific TomoConfig. It would be good to rework Daiquiri to take care of that.

This will remove most of the specific configuration needed ATM on the yml files. Which is good.
