Add camera feed. LAYOUT for control panel needs to change.

  • Aspirate button AND button that moves the pump to position associated with volume in syringe (in reality this is the same button) Collect type should be properly written in metadata. File names still a mess. For all - real time display of volume of liquid in each syringe. Piezo
  • Discuss - how are piezos initialised. Should end up at 0, 0, 0 x, y, z.

  • Remove all redundant commands (or hide in expert mode if useful)
  • Initialise - move to max limit and then should move pump to fully empty position. And move next to pump control title.
  • Then for each pump (one on top of the other):
    • Select syringe
    • Volume (ul)
    • Flow (ul/s)
    • Fill, run, STOP.
    • Camera - drag and drop mesh scan should be implemented as on all other mx beamlines for finding channel. Pump collect
  • Should have camera view
  • Comment shouldn't be at top - should be last.
  • Sample name should be first.
