Remove need for SC 'ready' or ON when collecting HPLC data

If SC non-powered or in faulty state we can any way collect HPLC data by connecting UV outlet directly to capillary and capillary outlet to waste (small bottle), i.e. 2 smart rotary valves are not needed, no cleaning. How and where: Gliding button SC USED/NOT_USED in queue options (see with Petra if not clear).
