CBM/PDA readings

1. PDA is not currently being read accurately. It says controlled even if turned off... Please check.
2. CBM - what frequency is this currently read at? Sometimes it says controlled when CBM has crashed.
3. When controlled, please change colour to green. When uncontrolled, please change colour to red (like front end/safety shutter status).
