Errors during hplc scans

1. Sometimes (rather rare but recurrent and really annoying as data has to be reprocessed manually) some (or all) of integrated.h5 files are not created. And it can be back or not. Randomly.
2. Same for summary file at the end of hplc scan. Can work for 20 scans in the raw and not for 10 next. Or each 3rd.
3. Queue stops (next items not executed) if hplc scan stops with an error (message like "cannot start new item because still busy..).
4. status of CBM not updated (no sign if in error - red light) and pump continue to be shown as pumping, bsx3 saying that injecting, etc. without actually doing something. While UV data collection keeps going. Regards Petra
