axis colormap - define from a ROI
Users (ID19) would like to define colormap min / max from a ROI instead of using the entire image.
- could be a new option action
- could be included in the Colormap widget
- instead of a ROI we can also define a border to apply it.
Should be included in silx at colormapWidget level
