use tomoscan - get_sinogram
tomoscan is about to get the get_sinogram.
This should be used from tomwer. We just need to add an layer to add an lru_cache.
tomoscan will also include 'progress' utils. So this can also be moved out of tomwer.
same for flat_field_correction
