cast volume displayed as failed , but works fine

When selecting tiff in custom location for reconstruct slice: (Useful to easily load a timeseries of one slice in ImageJ for inspection):

• volume reconstruction propagates slice reco settings and saves 2D tiffs of the full volume in the same folder for the full time series, i.e. 20x1200 slices (expected by default settings, my mistake/misuse..., but maybe the default should always be hdf5 in dedicated subfolder for each scan?)
• volume casting works seemingly fine creating 16bit 2D tiffs in custom path, but is displayed as "failed" (red) in the work flow panel. I still need to look at the actual data to confirm if all good, but seems ok
