Add the concept of volume

I think both tomwer and whatever will integrate the stiching will have to work on volumes. Nabu already does. It could be usefull to have a common definition of those in order to handle them. They are having an url and a "parent" TomoScanBase object.

Extension can be different... We could get information on pixel size, position in space, reconstruction parameters used...
