Add validator

It would be useful to get some code to check a TomoScanBase instance and insure expected data is here. This should be a function callable from a third part software (nabu, tomwer) And an application would also be helpful.

It should also not enforce to browse all the datasets (looking for nan or unvalid links) but should be possible.
