tomoscan: improve edf .info reading

today if one of the field value contains the name of a key or an alias like:

Energy=                  29.4
Distance=                91.71342339039983
Prefix=                  P40_highenergy_100nm_v3_1_
Directory=               /data/visitor/blc15659/id16b/20240913/RAW_DATA/Vlad/P40_highenergy_100nm_v3_1_

If will fail to retrieve the information. ('energy' is part of the prefix name)
