First work items
- Basic structure, 4 quadrants and one left column for controlling everything
- Load one volume
- Display in one or several quadrants
- Display loaded volume
- Display metadata in left column
Then
- Specify cutting plane in each quadrant
- Link the four panes (mono volume)
- Multi volume
Visualization
- Scale bar (eg.
|---| 10 um
) - Small "axes reference frame" materialized on the image
- Option to display image in 1:1 zoom mode (1 image pix = 1 screen pix).
For the future:
- If overlay feature is implemented: display both values under cursor (the one on the main image, and the one on the overlaid image). Ludo.
- If 4d data feature is implemented: Is 4th dimension locked to one slider (probably yes if 4th dim is time, but not always the case). If not time, do we want to toggle display on the 4 dimensions? Ludo.
- If casting feature is implemented: use the colormap used for display in the casting rules. Ludo.
Ideas
- If volume loaded is "projections" (NX file): offer the possibility to normalize (flat-field) the projections
- Small filters ? (median)
- "Searchlight" feature from Captain Nemoz ?
